These are the Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale of:
Kshipra Health Solutions LLP ("the Seller", "We", or "Us") for certain products as set out in the pages on this site ("the Goods"). The price of the Goods, delivery charges, and applicable taxes are as mentioned on the Order Form. While every effort is made to deliver the Goods within the specified time, we do not accept any liability for delays.
By placing an order and purchasing Goods from Kshipra Health Solutions LLP, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us based on these Conditions. Please read and understand these Conditions as they affect your rights and liabilities.
We reserve the right to modify these Conditions at any time. Please check periodically for updates.
1. Interpretation
1.1 In these Conditions:
•    'Conditions' refers to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
•    'Contract' refers to the sale agreement of the Goods.
•    'Payment Method' refers to credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or other online payment methods accepted by us.
•    'Delivery Area' refers to India.
•    'Goods' refers to the ordered products, including any parts or accessories.
•    'Order' refers to the purchase request placed by you.
•    'Order Form' refers to the electronic or written order placed by you.
•    'Website' refers to our online presence at www.l3tx.in.
1.2 References to laws/statutes shall include their modifications and replacements. 1.3 Singular includes plural and vice versa. 1.4 Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
2. Basis of Sale
2.1 We shall sell and you shall purchase only those Goods set out in an Order accepted by us. 2.2 Orders are subject to acceptance. Confirmation via email or written communication is required. 2.3 No variations to these Conditions shall be valid unless confirmed in writing by us. 2.4 Any advice provided by us regarding the use of Goods is followed at your discretion. 2.5 We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in pricing, descriptions, or other sales material.
3. Orders
3.1 Goods specifications are as stated on the Website and Order Form. 3.2 Orders are subject to availability, correct pricing, and payment authorization. 3.3 We may cancel an Order due to pricing errors or non-availability of Goods. 3.4 Customers must ensure accuracy in their Order details. 3.5 We reserve the right to change product specifications for statutory compliance or supply constraints.
4. Price & Payment
4.1 Prices are listed on the Website and are subject to change. 4.2 Any price changes after Order acceptance will require customer confirmation. 4.3 Additional delivery charges will be mentioned on the Order Form. 4.4 GST and other applicable taxes will be included as per government regulations. 4.5 Payments must be made via approved Payment Methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
5. Delivery
5.1 Goods will be delivered to the address provided in the Order Form. 5.2 We strive to meet estimated delivery times but are not liable for delays beyond our control. 5.3 Any missing or damaged Goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 5.4 Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. 5.5 If you fail to accept delivery, the Goods may be returned, and a refund (minus delivery costs) will be issued.
6. Risk & Ownership
6.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. 6.2 Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.
7. Warranty & Liability
7.1 Our Goods come with a standard one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. 7.2 Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase and reported within the warranty period. 7.3 Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications. 7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
•    Loss of profits, business, or revenue
•    Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
•    Any damage beyond the price of the Goods
8. Returns & Refunds
8.1 Goods may be returned within 7 days if found defective or not as described. 8.2 Refunds are processed after inspection and confirmation of eligibility. 8.3 Customers bear return shipping costs unless Goods are defective.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. 9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
