Medical Affairs – Job Opening

Position Overview

Reporting to:	COO of the Company / National Sales Head
Qualification:	MBBS, BDS / Medical Background
Experience:	2–3 years of relevant experience
Salary:	Starting from ₹3.5 LPA for 1 year of experience, up to ₹10 LPA depending on experience and knowledge
Working Days:	6 days working with 1st and 3rd Saturdays off

Ideal Work Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in domestic healthcare is preferred. MNC experience will be an added advantage, particularly in Medical Affairs.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, or a related healthcare/pharmaceutical function.
• Experience in medical/scientific content, clinical studies, product development, product training, and regulatory activities is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• MBBS, MD, BDS, or equivalent medical qualification.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. New Product Development

• Provide medical and scientific inputs for new product development.

2. Medical & Scientific Content

• Develop, review, and validate medical and scientific content.

3. Advisory Boards & Scientific Contact Program

• Plan and support Advisory Boards and Scientific Contact Programs with medical/scientific experts.

4. Clinical Studies & Post-Market Surveillance

• Support clinical studies and post-market surveillance activities.

5. Product Training

• Provide medical and scientific product training to the team.

6. Scientific Market Updates

• Track and communicate relevant scientific and market updates.

7. Medical Compliance & Governance

• Ensure medical activities and communications adhere to applicable compliance and governance requirements.

8. Product Registration

• Provide medical and scientific support for product registration and related activities.
