What is our delivery coverage?

How do I know when my order will be shipped out?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation mail at the email ID you provided immediately.
Once the order & shipping details are confirmed, we will ship the order within 2-3 working days
You will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped out by us.
In how many days will I receive my order?
All orders are delivered to the customer within 6-7 working days from the date of shipping.

Delay due to Force majeure
Kshipra health solutions will not be held responsible for inadvertent delay in delivery due to forced measures like political disturbance / fog / storms / strikes / flight delays / fire / riots / natural calamities / network changes / paperwork discrepancies / any regulatory related issues.
However, our Customer Service team will ensure you are kept updated in case of any such unforeseen circumstances.
